Hey guys, I’m a new member. I’ve been out of the gym for way too long but always managed to do some strength training in my home gym. I’ve been back in a gym since October 1st working three days on one off.
Currently I’m 6’ tall, 240lbs, 38 years old and in decent shape considering the lay off. In the last fews months I’ve made some nice gains in strength and muscle mass that have me more focused than ever at getting into shape. Right now I’m looking to continue gaining muscle while getting in shape. |
