Hi my name is Joost and I'm from the Netherlands I'm 17 years old and I train for three years real sirious I hope to learn a lot here. My stats right now:

- 17 years old
- 85 kilogram
- 1.84 cm long
- bench press: 120 kilogram
- full squat: 180 kilogram
- deadlift: 200 kilogram

( I don't know if you understand how tall I am.. because you have a diffrent way to say this, the weights you use with you're exercises you'll say this in pounds right? so... thats about dubble of kilogram. I'll hope you understand all this.. because my englisch is not that good.

Thanks YM123 I have trained 2 months with a training method to build muscle... now I'm going to do another method to build strenght... I hope this wil give me some new personal records.
