I am currently about to start the weight lifting side of an 8 week bulk, after spending the last week increasing calories. My goal is to get to 200 with minimal fat gain, and increase on all my lifts. (Currently 170lb Bench, 250lb Squat and 350lb Deadlift)
I have been training for around 4 years, but have been utilising free weights for around 18 months.
