Hey peeps. Well, my name is Chase. I live in Iowa so I obviously have a lot of free time. Im going to college right now and majoring in business admin. I've been pretty active all my life, mostly with sports. I started getting a little more serious about a year and a half ago. My diet isn't strict enough. I haven't been consistent enough. I hope you guys can be my support team and keep the motivation up. Thanks guys.
