hey everyone. I found the site kinda randomly in a search and i figured it be a good place to join and gain some knowledge. So a little about me, I'm 6'2 , 198 (this morning haha). I'm looking for more of the strength and power side but still would like to stay as lean as possible. I have trained for over a year now. I eat great as for as i know: no junk, lots of protein and 6 meals a day. Ive taken many supplements in the past year. Leucin products, Creatine products, NO products and tried some test boosters. I have gained some but i think its not so much the products but just my training. I lift monday thru thursday with 20 minutes of cardio and just cardio on friday (45 mins) with weekends off. Im in a sport now so i have to keep my cardio up. But as far as my progress goes it has come to a hault except my cardio which is always getting better. My maxes have stopped bench is at 215, Back Squat is about 250, RDL is about 180, and push press is at 150. so i dunno over the holidays i didnt lift because i thought i was over training or something so i took alittle break. But the next product i was thinking about was that MHP Secretagogue-One to see what it can do. would like to hear some feed back about that. But any ideas or theories are welcome actually needed.
