
Hi all:) Im new here, 16yo from norway

I tought after looking into bodybuilding this is something i want to start with, But I cant do it by myself, I mean, I tought it would be good to start here asking you guys

I did lift weights for awhile back in time but I took a break because im boxing some too,I won silver medal in norwegian championship, But now at newyear im going to start lifting weights again, was thinking about 4 days a week in start.
I know i have to change the way i eat to build muscles but as soon i get into the weightlifting things will change
Still I got a lot of questions,
Ive always been like, when i was younger i could sit playing videogames n drinking coke for months without gaining a kilo fat. So i guess my body burns everything away. I got a picture i can upload of my back from a year ago.

Anyways, to get a big bodybuilder with great body, as ive undersand you need sleep, good food, protein, carbohydrates, aalot of pure power, right?
