hello all. i started lifting exactly one year ago, new years eve, i guess it was a resolution i didnt stick with to well. i am a slender guy, 6' was around 152lbs before i started. I went on methyl masterdrol and upped my protien intake with american whey (1gram for every lbs of body weight) within 3 months of working out m-f, taking the weekends off, i went from my 152 to 183. my arms got huge, haha but the rest of my body looked a bit out of proportion. i decided to try and "maintain" from there. about mid summer i was spending most of my time on the jet skis, on my dirtbike, and enjoying life away from the weight room.
well, i am disappointed in myself and vow to start again. i dropped down to 165ish ans have been at it about 7 weeks now. back up to 171. i was taking 4-ad and just finished my first cycle, i am now taking the arom-x, along with a centrum multi everyday.
my workout routine right now consits of incline bench, curls, dumbell over the head to work my triceps (dont know name of that) squats\leg press, leg lift, and cardio, mostly 2 miles\20 min on treadmill, 1 mile power walk, and a 10 minute cool down on the bike.
i have a few questions, but im searching the site first to see if they have been asked before, there is so much info here on the site its unbelieveable. im sure i'll be posting up in the supplements forum, since thats what i have some questions about. happy to be here! |
