Hello everyone my name is Jay I am a competive bodybuilder from Michigan. I am almost always a luker on these sites. Just introducing myself.

I am 26 years old 5'11 260-265 in the off season I have been traing DC style for the past year althought I just switched up to DC inspired Yates style workout, I still use the rest pauses, but less frequency and a more traditional split working each muscle group1 time per week. That is my beautyful wife in my avator.

I'm currently an IT ( Information Technology ) professional,, I serve as a volunteer firefighter for my community.. My way of giving back to them.

I plan on competing in the summer of 08 or maybe 09, I am currently recomping and will make my dession when i am a little leaner and can see the total package better.
