Hello All

,

I'm very much a newbie to this site. I signed up in August, and haven't logged on much since.

Now after a few workout partners that haven't WORKED OUT

(pun intended), I'm finding that I need encouragment, motivation

...and hoping to find (as well as SUPPLY) heavy doses from this website community.

More later...don't want to be too LONG WINDED in my introduction.

if you want motivation checkout some of the training logs and see how the other guys get after it. Its pretty impressive

welcome bro. if you want to check out some logs one i would reccomend is scivations - it is hugely detailed and very inspring. rippdup has a great log as well. iv just started a new log so you can follow my progress as well. just go into the 'training log' section and chose what one you want to view.
