Hi there,

I am new to this forum.

I am 23 years old and I have been training for 3 years.

When I started I weighted 66kg and now I am 86 kg and 188cm.

I train 3xweek according to this training routine:

DAY 1
Chest, biceps, front shoulders

DAY 2
Legs, calves,

DAY 3
Back, triceps

I have good progress however I would like my calves to be bigger :)

Hope to get to know a lot of new things on this forum.

Regards!

He could be from about anywhere.. except probably not from America. I will never understand why we don't totally convert to metric. If you are going into anything meaningful you have to learn it anyways plus it is much easier to convert.

Hey thanks for warm words.

I would like to get to know more about training calves, they are my problem area.

I train the twice per week, 4-5 sets x 20 reps.

As i was saying I want to try a cycle.

What about Primobolan and Test cycle. As far as I know BD has ceased the production. What other manufacturer would you recommend me?
I just was reading trainwiser forum where they advertise AXIOLABS product line, has anyone tried them?

Please recommend me something good, as I am totally new to this stuff.
