Hi guys and gals

Long time reader of this forum and i finally got around to joining up.

About me
20 years old studying physiotherapy at uni. Live in brisbane (most livable city in the world. so they tell me). Been training for about 5 years now. and hope to compete in about 2 years. bodybuilding is what i love, i breath it, it comsumes my thaughts :). Work as a personal trainer on the side to make some money to pay for protein. hmm thats bout all i can think of.

oh yeah i weight 110kgs 242lbs

Training
haha the fun part aye. I have read alot on this forum about different training styles and respect every ones opinion and am a firm beleiver of the every one to his own idea BUT! Some Things must held true.
My Training is built around the big 4! 4 u say. Hell yes the big 4. I have learnt a thing or to during my study as a physio. My training centers around Deads, squats, bench and clean and press. heavey as u can for no less then 8 reps aiming for 10-12. of casue i have variation like we all do every now and then ill chuckin a power week with reps of about 6-8 but no more then once month if that. train everything onc per week with the exeption of calf and abs and any body part i feel is lagin i will train twice.

now the fact is almost every one lies about their lift stats thats why i left bodybuilding.com i mean come on give me a breaak . some bloke who weight 150 soaking wet squating 3 plates 12 times. hmmm
i hope on here people are more honest as we are bodybuilders and we need to get over the how much do u bench mantality. It ook me ages to get past that but now i am my gains have not been better. and i beleive that is the hardest thing for any young trainer to do but once u do trust me u reach a hole nnew level. but i have notices that it is a must for a newbie to put his stats up so every one can size them up so here i go. I do not really know my 1rms so ill put what i did last week shoudl be a god gage and i am using kgs to so just times it by 2.2 to get pounds.

bench 160kg for 8 reps
Squat 180kg for 10 reps
dead 220kg for 2 reps
clean and press 120kg for 6 reps

i did AL these weight just last week and do not see the point in bull craping about the weights i use. they are not as impresive as some of the older guys but i am gettin there.

i think thats about all anything else just ask. I wil put my diet down everntaly but i have to go to work now.

i am all natural, i have my opinion on steroid use but wek will save that for another day and ii will post some pics wen i work out how!! :S

I am looking forward to sharing my journey with all of use and coming along for everyone elses battle with iron. And i am sure we can all learn of each other and and grow bigger and become FREAKS!!!
