Thanks man...Like i said i'm cutting weight right now so i am not lifting the heavy weights for 3-5, more like short rest 5 sets (about 45secs-1min) of 6,6,10,10,12 one week alternated with 12,12,15,15,20 the next. It sucks it's totally keeping my muscles guessing cuz its not what I'm used to. I just want to get down to 230 and then re-analyze then. Right now i'm 260 so... |
