Been around for awhile but never involved. Just starting lifting again about 8 weeks ago. been out of it for a long time. I am looking to loose a lot of fat but gain some muscle in the process. I hate just doing cardio.

I am 33 years old 6'5" 370lbs. Got a lot of weight to loose. Would like to be around 280-300. I have been reading my ass off but keep getting conflicting info about how much cardio and when to do it to not conflict with building muscle. Would like a little direction.

Wow, you're a big guy. I'm pretty close (6'4" 1/2, 296lbs) but I'm 17 years younger.

Umm, any chance of pics and a current Diet? One you get the diet up, chrispghmusle, Freak, or myself would be happy to help

One problem so far is I am a 9-5er and most of the time it turns into 6 or 7. I usually workout sometime between 7 and 9 pm. I haven't found any meal plans that are based around working out so late. I know what to eat just not the best timing. I get pleny of protein and limit carbs a bit to drop the fat. The bigest issue with the timing is my energy levels at night when I lift. Sometime its great others not so much.

I have tried a few times but have absolutely no energy. I can do cardio in the morning but lifting is not even worth it. Just no strength.
