I eat when i feel like it really, but i get in 4 meals plus a shake a day on average, I'm just not down with the 6-7 meals stuff like pros do it seems just too obsessive, but I eat sensible and within the lines of growth. I know my BF is high but i been bulking lately and i'm gonna cut soon w/ a month of clen see where i'm at. Then start a 12 weeker.
Cardio is good I ride a bike everywhere when possible, walk/jog the dog, hit up the punching bag...
I'm all natty right now just taking a BCAA complex, Fish Oil, and w/e is in my protein shake as far as supplements go.
BTW that Marius Pudzianowski comment was just wishful thinking my actual goal is 275lbs. 10%BF with a well balanced in proportion physique. I think i'd be satisfied then... |
