Hey guys. Have been reading around BBing sites and after reading some of the forums this seems like a good one to be on. Hopefully i can get some info on my diet etc through here

and maybe my workout routine.
Anyways im 15 years old. 6'3 230 lbs. I play baseball in a small town. I have been lifting for a little over a year and a half now and am hoping to be a BB in my future. I am looking to mainly find out on what good supp's i should take etc. and diet. Anyways hope to find out more from you guy's in the forums.
