Hows it goin guys, My names Pat and i just started Bodybuilding the begining of May. I've had some major results so far. Well i think so. I used to be the fat kid but alot of that has been contributed to muscle. I really enjoy this sport and im looking to keep doing it until i cant anymore. I love training. Thanks for letting me join. Hopefully i can learn alot of new things here.

well ok,, let me give you some ammunition,, the good whole food is the start,, your basic stack is below..

Whey protein, ( ON Optinmum Nutrition is the best on the shelf) hands down.

Creatine, Mono hydrate,, best kind if your looking.

Glutemine

BCAA's ( branch chain amino acids)

Flax seed oil

Fish oil

Mulit-Vitamin,, ( one that has good absorbtion in your system, powder form)

Whey protein, creatine, glutemine and simple carbs 45 mintues preworkout and post workout the same as above ,, simple carbs are: Plain rice cake, or white rice or 1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce.

then one hour right after your workout eat again, to keep your body fueled and then continue your meals for the rest of the day..

Eating 7 to 8 times a day, essential for growth.. And lots of water.. Casine 2 hours before sleep,, its a slow releasing protein that will aid in recovery while you sleep..

Had enough,,lol keep pumping bro.

Chris
