Hey everyone. Just thought I'd drop a line and let everyone know I'll be lurking around here every now and then.

I'm a 26 yo Texan who just enjoys reading/learning about everything, and I do mean everything! My bodybuilding interests started in Feb 07 and since then, I've dropped 26 lbs of fat while packing on a good 17 lbs of LBM. I used to lift (quit 5 years ago), so the drastic changes can be attributed to the combination of muscle memory and newb gains

My cut ended in late July, so I'm in 100% bulking mode for another month or two to get an idea of how my body will react. So far so good!

For the most part, I'll just be thread jumping to find some new ideas. But I'm sure there will be a time or two when the urge to get my 2 cents in gets the best of me.
