My name is Max, im 16 years old and im new to body building but ive been lifting for about 3 years now.
Here are some of my stats:
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 215lbs
Max Bench: 270
Max Squat: 455
Calves: 17"
Biceps: 18"
Legs: 28.5"
Waist 36.5"
Im looking to get more cut and defined as I already have the muscle mass, its just ive never tried to get cut before. Any tips or advice that you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated. This includes training regiments, diets, and lifting programs.
