If you want to gain weight then you gotta eat like a horse. I dont think that anybody over 6' tall should weigh under 200lbs depending on your build, although it's important to eat a clean diet I strongly believe that you dont have to weigh everything you stuff down your throat when you're just starting out. Your first goal is to build a decent frame to build onto and the only way to get it is to eat, I'm not saying you should go on the Mc.Diet but dont limit yourself to low fat foods as some fats are very good for you.
