hello all,new to this site,but not to bodybuilding.it has been five years since i touched a weight and almost ten since i trained like i should.Im not going to get in to why stopped,but it had to be done .i was a 210lb and 6% body fat at my last show,now 180 and still wondering if I can get back to the condition and still be able to gain what i need to try and make a run at competeing in a few years. can anybody give me any insite on my sitution please. I not sure if my body can handel it any more ,but with all this new shit and the old i dont think i should have a problem.o buy the way im 33 yr old now to does that make a difference,. |
