im 5'8 185lbs trying to make it to 205 by october
currently im taking glutamine, bcaas,
cytogainer, and this prohormone called sostonol 250. this summer i got held back about 6 weeks in lifting and just since ive been back on it ive gained about 20lbs i have gotten a little more chubby then i would normally be but i think thats from the water retention from then prohorm im on a diet that was given to me by bigswin19 and it seems to be doing the trick but since i hit 185 ive come to a stop in growth what are some things i can do to blow past this sudden peak
