I know its been awhile, and my cousin has been on the site for awhile. I have been pretty busy so have yet to get more into depth with the site. Just introducing myself and saying hey to all of you. Im 16 and 5'8". weigh 165lbs solid, and best stats are a bench at 280 1rm, and leg press is untested beyond 600lbs. Reason being my gyms dont have leg presses that can handle beyond really 450, so i was stretching it by putting on another 150 lbs, but the machine didnt break and im still alive, so thats good. Hope to learn alot from all of you, and i appreciate being accepted into this sight. Thanks all and good lifting.
