Welcome to the dungeon. Only thing about your posing from the first video I have to critique is the way you do your front double bicep. You want to pull in your stomach on that pose.

Pick your chest up high when you do them side poses and when you do front bicep you can suck your stomach in real tight if you want to show off your chest or you can tighten your abs and show them off.In every pose make sure your whole body is flexed.
The first vid is good. Make sure you bring your elbows out a little more to accentuate the width of the lats. The hands on hips most muscular was good, but you should raise your hands a bit on your waist, that'll bring your shoulders forward and allow for more shoulder striations and development to be shown in the traps and front delts. Overall good routine for the first vid.
