Well it looks like there's a good page you ppl got here. I'm hoping to find some good info about how to start building here.
I have been active training weightlifting - Olympic style the last 6 year more or less.
But now i have been getting a bigger interest for starting building instead. My first step are gonna be dropping weight since i have been competing the 105+ kg (231.5 lb) class.
Oh well.... can't think of anything else to say right now. C ya all in the forum :)
