your split looks well but i dont see any bicep workouts, its going to be tough to gain muscle mass with football, your going to be burning all the calories your trying to stack up while in season. my suggestion, bulk as much before the season as possible, even with the hard ass training your going through...then while your in season your going to cut down, i played d2 soccer and from playing in 100' heat for 90+ minutes, not to mention practices 6, even 7 times a week...i lost alot of mass, but then offseason (winter) hit and i was back in the gym at full force putting on all the weight i lost while in season. Keep your strength up, thats my biggest suggestion...while your playing though just try and get at least an extra 5lbs of muscle in the offseason before spring ball hits up...just keep building off those 5 lbs of muscle, then when all is said and done and your done playing football, put all your focus back onto bb. thats what i did and i gained 15 lbs of solid muscle and got my bf under 10% with ease. diet is going to give you that extra support you need to cut, but i know its tough finding time to eat right and such while your in season...it was hard as shit for me |
