I'm a new member.........

Just thought I'd introduce myself. I live in Hawaii and I'm 28 on Thursday. I'm gonna start lifting again here in a few days, I quit smoking cigarettes a few weeks ago and I'm gonna be going on a cutting cycle soon. I have to get rid of a good amount of body fat to look good for the rest of the summer.
