I've been reading the member posts for a while and finally decided to join in. Anyway, I lift regularly and I need help with my diet. I want to cut the weight I'm at and I want to gain more mass. I've reduced the amount of cardio I do to two days a week, so I need to focus on my diet. Should I elimiate all carbs or save them them just for post workouts? I avoid most sugar except for Gatoraid post workout as well. I seem to be a tweener right now and I want to lose the areas of flab I have now. Any advice will help.

I like it. It's convenient and close to my house. There are some jerk-offs there but most of the people are cool.
