I'm new here, but I have a lot to share and a lot to learn. I'm really excited about the opportunity to meet all of you!
I'm 36 years old, 6'0", 248 lbs. I have an average build. I played HS Football and lifted weights throughout college and a little after. In the past 10 years I have "toyed"

around with weights and did a lot of running including a triathlon. Most of this was at a weight of 215 lbs.
Last year I quit smoking (yes, I know how stupid it was to smoke) and gained about 30 lbs.
Now at 248 lbs I've been training for a Marathon

in October and hitting the weights again.
I know running a Marathon is pretty counter to bodybuilding, but the Marathon was promised by me to a friend who died of cancer and I must do it.
I've encountered one injury so far running. A typical overuse injury. If I don't drop weight, Im not sure if my knees will make the 26.2 miles.
I've also started a cycle yesterday, here's what it is :
2 iu HGH (Somatropin) - 5 days on , 2 days off
Testosterone 200mg injection weekly
Nandralone Decanoate 200mg injection weekly
Anastrozole 1 mg capsule Mon, Wed, Fri
I'll be running this cycle for 10 weeks and then do a post cycle therapy of the following :
HCG 1cc every other day
51 mg Clomiphene Citrate
I'll post the details on the appropriate forum.
I'm also looking for a diet plan for cutting as well as a workout for cutting. Any and all advice is appreciated.
