Welcome B.A.M.F.!
Plow through the nutrition section and you'll find lots of nuggets that will be helpful.
Just to get you started, if BF is a struggle, lose the egg yolks and the peanut butter. Get your fats from a supplement (Flax seed oil, Fish oil, etc.). Eat more frequently (5-7 meals per day), but never in the kind of volume of 1000 cals at a sitting. If you're having that turkey burger on a bun, lose it & put it on a salad instead (not with cheese & bacon and fatty dressings, but with Balsamic vinegar and/or lemon juice).
The easiest way to not 'loose control' in the evening starts at the grocery store. If you live alone, do not buy what you'll be tempted to cheat with. Don't buy cookies. Don't buy cakes. Don't buy
Ice Cream. Don't buy bakery items. Don't buy prepared foods. Try to restrict your shopping to the perimeter of the store where you are most likely to find the foods that are closest to their whole forms (fresh fruit, fresh veg, deli meats, etc.) If you don't live alone, consider coaxing anyone you live with to move to more healthful eating habits (thus eliminating stumbling upon their cheat foods). If that's not an option, make sure that all of the healthier foods are easier to get to, closer at hand. Make the $hitty stuff hard to get to, so you're more likely to reach for a healthy alternative.
