Very lean...great vascularity. Constructive critisism here...more volume to the chest. Chest is a problem area for me so I ain't hating on you at all!

Yeah my chest isnt the greatest.But I also hate doing the relaxed pose because of what it does to my chest.I think it makes it look smaller than it already is.I'll try to get a better pic to show what i mean.ard to take pics now cause Im in mexico in a hotel by myself.My biggest problem area is peak on my Bis and my lats really suck.
Yes I compete this is my first year of competeing.But the 2 weeks im spending in mexico for work might mess me up for the comp june 23

after this season of competing on the top side of middle weight I will start trying to pack on about 15 lbs and compete in light heavy next year.

I suffer from similiar problem areas. My lats suck to. Not because they don't respond well, but because I have never trained them up until about four months ago. So they are playing catch up with the rest of my body. My chest disappears when I lift my hands in the air, so I know that it is not developed very well.
