I suffer from similiar problem areas. My lats suck to. Not because they don't respond well, but because I have never trained them up until about four months ago. So they are playing catch up with the rest of my body. My chest disappears when I lift my hands in the air, so I know that it is not developed very well. Your body has great tone to it, I have slabbed muscle and my muscles look big and smooth. You have definate potential to be a beast with a little more time and
