What up my fellow Conans? I have tried something like this before and it was a joke. After reading some of the threads I am hooked! I am a 43 year old youth/worship pastor and have been lifting for 5 years. I would like to add about 15 more pounds of muscle in the next 2 years. Is that possible? I am 5'11", 196, and am trying to lean out and stay that way. Can I do it without suppliments? What suppliments would you recommend that would not compromise my liver or kidneys after a time? I love bodybuilding! It helps me keep balance in my profession to release the aggression!

welcome to the dungeon
you should definetly be able to put on 15 pounds of muscle or more in 2 years possibly even less than 2 years. as for supplements you dont need anything besides a good solid diet and good training routine. if you want to take supplements you should consider protein powder and creatine. not sure bout affetcs on liver or kidneys with the creatine (iv gotten mixed messages) just make sure you consume alot of water each day but protein should be safe.

good luck with your training and keep as posted on how you go

No offense towards your age, but you could try a test booster like Novadex from gaspari. Having high level of testosterone, and since it lowers with age this helps alot. You could also add more red meat to your diet(not too much). The cholesterol will be converted to testosterone.
