New here, came over from the t-nation boat :p

But, i posted a couple pics, and as usual they weren't too interesting. But thought i'd join here because always good to learn about liftin.

Anyway, i use bodyweight mostly, because i don't really have anything local to pump some iron at.

Anyway, my bi's are 12", and the rest of my stats are in my profile. Hopefully i'll get something outta these forums though. Happy Training
