Hi everyone. I have been lifting (by my standards... definitely not by yours) for about 2 years now. I am not a bodybuilder, and I doubt I will ever have the time to dedicate to being one. I have added a little bit of mass where I wanted to (arms, shoulders, quads, calves) and I have decided to try a rip cycle. I am a 6'5" 300 pounder and last time I was measured (on the cheap... doctors aren't very good at that sort of thing) I had 255 pounds lean body mass. I just joined up so I can chat with other poor souls who are eating lean meat and steamed vegies like they are the only foods on the planet (while guzzling down ungodly quantites of water). I hope I have come to the right place :) |
