My routine is pretty straight foward. I gos as heavy as possible for 8-10 reps and I switch my routine constantly to hit my muscles from different angles.
my goal? huh... you know I haven't really established that completely. For now I just want to reach 180 pounds and be lean. That's about it but it'll probably progress as time passes on.
