Hi, just wanted to introduce myself, Im pretty new to pumping iron, Im 16 years so I suppose im counted as a kid in your eyes and hope Ill enjoy BBD, been reading some threads and liked this place and thought I would join. My goals are pretty much to gain some muscle and knowledge about how to do it right, and maybe share some knowlegde when I get some, and by the way, havent seen any other swedes in the forum, any1 out there?
