Hello, my name is Anders and i am 16 Years old from norway.
As you see i might be abit Young?
i am 1.75m and 86Kg's + -
i play football 2hours x 3 times a week and go to the gym every 2nd day.
I joined here because i was hoping for some help about building the perfect body.

it seems like i got problems with getting rid of fat around my stumack. i dont know if its because i eat wrong, or if its the food i eat ?

hmm... first, come on a diet, and then do lots of cardio.. thats the only way... and the stomach is the last place the fat will go away.... there is a reason that most of the fat get stored there and not in ur upper arms... u see my point?? its most ideal to store it around the stomach b/c of balance and speed and so on...
