Hey guys! I am on too many boards. Got a invite to mod here and am glad to help out.

Been training for a long time...since I was 11 years old. I am 34 now. Have a background in powerlifting. I am a bit of a hybrid powerlifter. I train with my wife (Scorpio Girl) with her bodybuilding but love heavy stuff.

Not sure if I will compete in powerlifting again or do a bodybuilding show with my wife. Either way, I love to train. Love to learn. And learn to talk with people that share the common interest: IRON.
