I was just wondering if i could get a few words of advice from some of u! I have been lifting for about two-in a half years now and i have barely gained any muscle at all. I mean i can lift pretty heavy but i dont gain very easily. My chest is what is growing rapidly compared to my biceps, and shoulders, etc.
If some on could give me some advice i would greatly appreciate it!::

Nutrition can in many ways be MORE important than training. Eat more and you will gain more, plain and simple.
