Hi Everyone hows it going?
Im a total nub when it comes to body building diets etc etc. But come to a point in my life where my gut is starting to look like im 6 months pregnant (btw im male). So brought myself so suitable clothing and got myself booked into the local gym ^^
Only have 2 questions really!
1. Am i to old (33 years)
2. How offen should i visit the gym (i was hopeing for 3 times a week max and maybe buy some small weights to keep at home)
Any help advice would be greatly appreciated
