Hi

I'm 17 from England and have been lifting for about 5 months 4 times a week.

I measure for 5ft 11 inch tall :

17.5 inch calves
25 inch upper leg (Quad/Upper Hamstring)
33 inch waist
17 inch upper arm
14 inch forearm
46 inch chest

These are examples of my basic lifts :

110kg / 242 lb Bench press 1 rep max
60kg / 132 lb barbell curls
60Kg / 132 lb bent over rows (one arm)
75Kg / 165 lb clean and jerks
160Kg / 352 lb deadlifts
140Kg / 308 lb Squats (ass to grass)

I need some help with the nutrition side of things, also a bit of guidance on wether to keep a split routine or not as I was reading about the advantages of whole body ones on this forum.

I'll post some pictures when I get the chance (haven't got very good posing technique yet)

If you want to gain mass i would stick to split routines. How come you have decided to train your back twice a week?
Also how much do you eat?

I'm having just the standard meals atm, 4 egg's a day, I'm trying to cut down on carbs. I'm also on two shakes a day at the moment, 39g of whey in each.
