hi guys. this is my first time on any forum, so i thought i'd just say hi, and tell you all a little bit bout myself...
i started training when i was about 14, purely just for fitness. as time went on i got more involved into bodybuilding, i was always told that i had good genetics and great bodybuilding potential. being 15, 16 years old, having guys who've been training for years, some weighing over 250pounds saying that they wished they started where i was, it made me feel good. i started taking training, and nutrition seriously, eating 8 good meals a day plus shakes throughout the day and other supplements like glutamine, taurine, arginine etc. training 2days on, 1day off. i'm going to be 22 at the end of march and my vital stats are:
age: 21
height: 5"8
weight off season: 268-270pounds
on season: 252pounds, bf 3-5%
arms: 21.5" pumped
chest: 53.5"
waist: 30"
legs: 26"
calves: 17.5" still working on them
