Hey guys , i am new to this but i been working out for about four years , i am only 18 and i just started working to bodybuild about 4months ago , if any one has any tips on diets and supplements i will love to hear it . I only weight 160 and want to get to at least 180 by the end of this year. Now i am taking protine shakes with 40g creatine , and a lot of egg whites.
I also work out about 5 times a week, so any tips would be nice.
