5'9" 180 lbs..16" guns..want to get down to 165-168 to compete..going to enter couple of "minor" contests late springand then go for 1 of the "bigger" ones in August...been concentrating on heavy leg exercisers and dead lifts..legs are getting big..finally..

been looking into some "natural" contests in NY and CT..seems most of the guys who show up for these are skinny with abs and nothing else in the way of MUSCLES..I figure that my workout partner and myself can enter and win or place well due to having BIG MUSCLES..if we dont win it will be fun anyway..
