Hey guys, i've been lurking around the site for a few months as i've been getting more and more serious about my lifting.
I started lifting during the summer of my freshman year in highschool (10 years ago) for football and have kept it up through the years.
I'm 24 now and real life along with other responisblities slowed my lifting down however its a hell of alot easier to get it back if you've had it before so thats a plus.
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 240-250 depending on how my week is going
Weaknesses: Bi's and Chest, so thats been my target to for the past month and a half, definatly making impovements there.
Bi's: 3 sets w/EZ bar @ 105 and super-setting with 25lb dumbells to get a good burn
Chest wise: getting my bench back up to where it used to be, final set of 3x10 pushing 245. Not great by any means but its been starting to grow in the past couple weeks so should be pretty solid for a 300max in a month or so.
Also, goals goin foreward along with the chest and bi's and bench max are to trim my mid-section and strengthen my legs more.
I'm a natural lifter, i got some good genes and alot of meat on me to work with so i don't need the needles.
Anyways, glad to join and looking forward to put my .02(more like .01) into the threads. |
