Hey all.
I'm just getting back into the iron lifestyle after 6 months off from an injury. I've come here for inspiration and encouragement to get me back to where I was... and beyond!!

I work at a shop, where we have a well-equipped (but dirty and old) gym, we call it the Iron Dungeon. I also work out after work at my local Mega Fitness Center.

For at least a month, I'm using a "back to basics" routine with heavy compound movements, supplementing only with Multivitamin (Animal pak), Whey (100% ON), sleep, and FOOD!!

So, if you see me around the site, gimme a hollar.... and if you see me in the gym, give me a spot!

Kenney thanks for the playlist, it's given me renewed motivation!

I'm lovin' the site, guys... Seems there are quite a few guys here with some serious knowledge and experience that they have no problem sharing.

My tendonitis pain is totally gone. I had a Cortisone/Steroid injection about 8 weeks ago, after enduring the pain for nearly a year.
I have to say it was one of the best decisions I've made, as I feel totally recovered!

I'm still hesitant to do skull-crushers and certain tricep movements as that's how I injured it in the first place. But there are other great lifts I can do to work the tri, so no biggie.

I'll be sure to post pics of my progress during the next 6-8 weeks.
