whats up guys. i was very active in high school with football, baseball , and track but as i got into college i just lost that focus i had in high school. the past couple of years ive gotten back into the swing of things and ive made some great progress. i would say my weak point is my diet. ive read some books and magazines on how to eat but i can never find the time to eat what im suppost too. if anyone has any suggestions on how to eat and what to eat it would be greatly appreciated. thanks and im looking forward to getting some great advice from this site.
