Dave05 NPC Lightweight Join Date: Dec 2005 Age: 37 Posts: 4 Rep Power: 0	Im a 35 year old male Im 5'10 260 pounds not all fat but need to get down to 210. I am a big fan of body building and meet some of the greats. Any one have any sugestions need to lose weight but want to gain muscle to I have a big frame so that helps I heard. Thanks hope to here some good advise. Dave
