whats going on guys, just wanted to introduce my self and say i really dig this forum and like all the info in here . im 20 yrs old been training on and off since about age 13 and weigh about 205lbs. i just started getting serious again and plan not to stop this time.Any advise on staying on track would be most appreciated. well guys later
