MyGeeto, I've been liftin for what would have been about a year now, but was away most of the summer so you can wipe out about four and a half months where I didnt train. Kinda annoyed about it cause I had been making progress but lost all my gains, so its really back to the start for me now!
Kenney, I'm from a town just outside Glasgow, but I pretty much spend all my time in the city, what with work and all.
