Ive been trying to gain some weight because i used to be very skinny. my goal is to get up to 190lbs. Height: 6,2 weight: 170lbs My lifts: Bench: 180lbs Squat: 330lbs Barbell Rows: 180lbs __________________ To make the heavy weights light!, and the baggy clothes tight!
